The small rear courtyard accommodates room for grilling, relaxing in the sun and enjoying evening cocktails while watching the moon rise. Life here will be all about biking and walking to any number of indie restaurants, excellent coffee shops with pastries and other delicacies, neat boutiques and other retail stores. San Marco Ave is a quintessential Main Street with everything from a dentist, ice cream parlor, book store, flower shop, cupcake bakery, pizza joint with live music, fine dining, barbecue and the list goes on. It's a very pleasant stroll along the bayfront to the center of downtown - 10 minutes if you routinely stop to admire the scenic beauty of the Intracoastal and the rich tapestry of architecture along the way.
